I'll help you find a diet and training routine that's not only effective but also sustainable in the long term—so that you feel good in your body and live life full of energy.
Sport has always been an important part of my life, but my path to my current passion wasn't straightforward. I worked in tourism management for a long time because it was what was expected of me. Business suited me, so I studied it – including in Australia. But after some serious personal setbacks – the loss of my parents and my own skin cancer diagnosis – I began to ask myself: Who am I really? And what fulfills me?
I've realized that my true passion lies in helping people become their best selves—to feel strong, healthy, and comfortable in their bodies so they can live life to the fullest. Nutrition and exercise play a crucial role in this.
